The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has announced an upcoming sale of approximately $650,000,000* in General Obligation Bonds, Consolidated Loan of 2024, Series B (“Series 2024B New Money Bonds”). The Series 2024B New Money Bonds are expected to be sold via negotiated sale through an underwriting syndicate led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC in June 2024*.
